Enrolling is easy.  We suggest you e-mail or call the School Director to discuss your childrens’ musical level so that she can help you place your child (or children) in the correct program.

When you are ready, please complete the registration form, and then mail the check payable to Sunnyside String School, to 39-63 43rd Street, Sunnyside, NY 11104.

NOTE: Please check your e-mail address for confirmation that your registration was received. If you are registering for more than one child, please use a separate registration form for each child.  Returning students do not need to complete this registration form. This form is for new students only.
